Factory Spa Covers, a subsidiary of The Spa Guy, builds custom replacement hot tub spa covers to order. Because these covers are large, heavy, and manufactured specifically to your selected dimensions and specifications, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Built-to-Order Products
All spa covers are custom built to the dimensions, radius, hinge direction, foam density, and color selected at checkout.
Because each cover is made specifically for your order:
We do NOT accept returns for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Incorrect radius selection
• Incorrect hinge direction
• Change of mind
• Color preference changes
Please do not place an order unless you are confident in your measurements and selections.

Order Confirmation
As a general rule, we review and verify orders before production begins. We may contact you to confirm dimensions, radius, or other specifications to help ensure accuracy.
Our goal is to prevent mistakes before your cover is built.
If You Order Incorrectly
If a customer provides incorrect measurements or selections, we will do our best to help find a reasonable solution.
However:
We will not accept the return of a custom cover and send a replacement at no cost.
Because these covers are built specifically for your spa, we cannot resell them once produced.
Manufacturing Defects
If your spa cover has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to correct the issue.
Examples may include:
• Manufacturing flaws
• Stitching defects
• Structural defects not caused by misuse

Shipping Damage
Spa covers are large and shipped via freight carriers.
If your cover arrives damaged:
Do NOT simply accept delivery without inspection.
Call David the Cover Czar at 615-982-0395 immediately and we will guide you through the proper steps to document and resolve the issue.
Proper freight documentation is critical to resolving shipping damage claims.
Shipping Timeframes
Because each cover is custom built, production times vary. Typical lead times are approximately 3–4 weeks, though this may vary depending on season and demand.
You will be notified once your cover has shipped.
